General Introduction

innwa8 ("we", "platform") is an online gaming platform built for Myanmar players. These Terms and Conditions apply to any player ("user", "player") who uses the platform.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services on the innwa8 platform, the player confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not continue to use the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Age and Personal Information

Any person wishing to use the innwa8 platform must meet the following requirements—

• Age — Only persons aged 21+ may access and play on this platform. Anyone below this age is not permitted to use the platform in any way.
• One account per player — Each player is permitted only one account. Accounts opened with the intent of transferring funds to a second account for play may be suspended immediately.
• Accurate registration details — Personal information provided must be correct, complete, and genuine. Funds in accounts registered with false information may be blocked from withdrawal.
• Personal use only — Players must not play on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.

Identity Verification

When a withdrawal is requested, we will carry out verification of the player's personal information. To complete verification, the player must submit a copy of their National Registration Card (NRC/Passport) or other specified supporting documents. The player understands and agrees that withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Account Security

Players must keep their account login details (username and password) confidential.

• Players must not allow any third party to access or play on their account.
• Any suspicious access must be reported to our support team immediately.
• All actions taken from a player's account are considered the player's own responsibility. We cannot determine without investigation whether an action was made without the player's prior consent.
• We cannot be held responsible for password theft. Players are responsible for protecting their own accounts.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited—

• Any method used to abuse bonuses or promotions ("Bonus Abuse")
• Depositing funds for purposes unrelated to gaming ("Money Laundering")
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities to play
• Coordinating strategy with other players to gain an unfair advantage ("Collusion")
• Using bots or automated systems to play
• Taking over and using another player's account as your own

If any of these prohibited actions are found to have occurred, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the player's account and freeze the remaining balance pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The following limits apply to all financial transactions on the platform—

• Minimum Deposit — 20,000 Ks for any payment method
• Minimum Withdrawal — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawal Processing Time — normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours (for verified accounts)

Payment Methods

Payment methods accepted at innwa8 are — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.

The name of the depositor must match the name on the innwa8 account for the payment to be accepted. If a deposit is made by a different third party, the funds will be returned and any associated costs will be borne by the player.

Conditions for Withdrawal Refusal

We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in the following circumstances—

• Bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met
• Identity verification has not been completed
• There is suspicion of a breach of these terms and conditions
• Legal investigations are ongoing

If a withdrawal is to be delayed, our support team will notify the player and work with them to resolve the matter.

Welcome Bonus

innwa8 offers a 120% welcome bonus for players making their first deposit — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

Wagering Requirement — Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after completing wagering of 25 times the bonus amount.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 25 = 600,000 Ks.

Example 2 — Deposit 840,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks (maximum), giving a balance of 1,340,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.

Please note that bonus terms may change without prior notice. Any bonus not claimed within 7 days of deposit will be cancelled.

VIP Cashback and Commission

innwa8 has 5 VIP tiers, each with a weekly cashback rate that increases with each tier—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP level progression depends on a player's activity and betting volume on the platform. Cashback is paid out when players request it and can be used without any additional wagering requirements.

Random Number Generation (RNG)

Games on the innwa8 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure results are never manipulated. No game outcome is predicted or predetermined in any way.

Players must understand that the fairness of games means no one can influence game results. This policy applies to all games — slots, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and Crash Games.

Our Right to Act

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any player's account without prior notice in the following cases—

• When illegal activities are carried out
• When any form of fraudulent activity is detected
• When actions are taken that damage the reputation of the platform

Players may request to close their own account at any time, and any remaining balance can be withdrawn if it meets the applicable terms.

Resolution Process

If any dispute arises between a player and innwa8, we ask that it first be raised with our support team (24/7 live chat or [email protected]) for negotiation and resolution.

Only disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an external resolution body, with costs to be agreed upon between the player and us.

Language of These Terms

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese, and the Burmese version is the official version. In any reference to a translation, the Burmese version takes precedence.
